ARQUITEKA Apple Cider is a new world craft cider from the Australia’s Yarra Valley region. Our intention from the outset was to use our skill and talent to create a cider that honours nature. We use apples grown on our family farm in Gruyere, and through a small co-op of other local farmers from the region.

ARQUITEKA apple cider is the culmination of two years of thoughtful experimentation. It combines nine varieties of hand picked Yarra Valley apples (twice cold pressed), five carefully selected yeast strains, purified rain water, a little genius, and aged from six months, & up to two years.
